Earth Friendly Generation donated “Wild Dog” to Nagaland Zoological Park (NZP)
A “Wild Dog” was rescued by Earth Friendly Generation from Kangching Village, Longleng District on 15th April, 2016 and donated it to Nagaland Zoological Park (NZP), Dimapur on Saturday 16th April, 2016.
EFG, Director, Mr. Keduolhoukho Chadi said; the main objectives of this rescue is to create awareness to the people about the endanger species which is almost to its extinct due to our human cruelty towards the Wildlife. He also said, EFG along will do nothing but with cooperation of every individual in protecting Wildlife and Environment will give greater impact towards the ecological balance. And to achieve the goal, the present generation is responsible in “Word and Work”.
The Researcher of NZP said; “Wild Dog” is a rare endanger species in Naga habitat areas. But continuous deforestation and hunting makes the life treat to Wild Dog and even to other endanger species. He also gives his moral support to EFG and its initiatives as the bond between the Wildlife and EFG is strongly in a right track where the mentality for general public will hope to change from this generation.
The Deputy Ranger, NZP, Shri. Thripong Sangtam also encouraged and appreciated the EFG Organization for the concerning over the protection of Wildlife in particular and Environment in general. In addition, EFG and NZP will look forward to collaborate with each other in days to come.
